Apply nowWe are looking for a Solution Architect / Technical Manager with strong experience in system architecture, AI/LLM, agentic workflows, and healthcare technology. The candidate will design scalable solutions, lead technical teams, and build secure AI-powered applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end system and solution architecture from scratch.
- Build scalable systems using microservices, APIs, cloud, and distributed architecture.
- Design and implement AI/LLM applications, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Work with LangGraph, AI agents, and multi-agent/supervisor-agent architectures.
- Integrate OpenAI, Gemini, or similar LLM APIs.
- Design secure healthcare solutions following HIPAA and PHI requirements.
- Optimize LLM costs, token usage, caching, rate limiting, and performance.
- Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and high availability.
- Lead and mentor technical teams and review architecture/code.
- Work with clients to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Healthcare: HIPAA, PHI, Healthcare Data Security, Encryption, Authentication & Authorization, EHR/EMR; HL7/FHIR is a plus
Development: Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js or similar; PostgreSQL/MySQL
Leadership: Technical Team Management, Architecture Reviews, Problem Solving, Client Communication
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with strong architecture/technical leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM and agentic systems.
- Experience designing solutions from scratch and scaling production systems.
- Healthcare/HIPAA experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and technical decision-making skills
